The IRS2008MTRPBF is a 200V level transition junction isolated MOSFET driver with associated high - and low-end reference output channels. Proprietary HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies enable a hardened monolithic structure. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs down to 3.3V logic. The output driver has a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimal driver cross conduction.
