The MAX25301AATB/V are low noise automotive linear regulators with output currents up to 1A and output noise of only 7µVRMS output noise over the 10Hz to 100kHz range. These regulators maintain ±1% output accuracy over a wide input voltage range and require only 100mV input-to-output headroom at full load. 1200µA of no-load supply current is independent of the dropout voltage. The output voltage can be adjusted to a range of 0.6V to 5.3V with two external resistors. An active-high POK signal is also included for trouble-free load startup.
