The LT3065IMSE-1.5 is a micropower, low noise, low dropout (LDO) linear regulator that operates over a voltage range of 1.6 V to 45 V. The device delivers 500 mA of output current with a typical dropout of 300 mV. A single external capacitor provides programmable low-noise reference performance and output soft-start functionality, with ±10% accuracy over a wide range of input voltages and temperatures.
