The LT3093IDD is a high-performance low dropout negative linear regulator featuring ADI's ultra-low noise and ultra-high PSRR architecture to power noise-sensitive applications. The devices can be easily paralleled to further reduce noise, increase output current and dissipate heat on the PCB. Delivering 200mA at a typical 190mV dropout, with an operating quiescent current of 2.35mA nominal down to 3µA at shutdown, the device's wide output voltage range (0V to -19.5V) error amplifier operates in unity gain to provide virtually indistinguishable output voltages.
