The ADM7150ARDZ-3.3 is a low dropout (LDO) linear regulator that operates from 4.5 V to 16 V and delivers up to 800 mA. It features an advanced proprietary architecture high supply rejection (>90 dB from 1 kHz to 1 MHz), ultra-low output noise (<1.7 nV√Hz), and excellent line and load transient response. 1.8 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V, 4.5 V, 4.8 V, and 5.0 V fixed outputs are available. In addition, 16 fixed output voltages from 1.5 V to 5.0 V are available on request.
