TLV76733QWDRBRQ1: Automotive 1A, 16V Positive Voltage Low Dropout Linear Regulators with Adjustable and Fixed Outputs

The TLV76733QWDRBRQ1 is a linear regulator with a wide input range supporting input voltages from 2.5V to 16V and load currents up to 1A. The output range is 0.8V to 12V and up to 14.6V in the adjustable version.

The TLV76733QWDRBRQ1 has a wide input voltage range so that it can be powered from the transformer secondary winding and regulated supply rails (e.g., 10V or 12V). In addition, the device has a wide output voltage range to generate bias voltages for silicon carbide (SiC) gate drivers and microphones, as well as to power microcontrollers (MCUs) and processors.

The TLV76733QWDRBRQ1 features 1% output accuracy to power digital loads with stringent power requirements. An internal soft-start circuit reduces inrush current during startup, thereby reducing input capacitance.
