The MAX25210ATAA9/V high voltage linear regulator family is ideal for automotive and battery powered systems. The devices operate from +3.5V to +36V input voltages and provide up to 300mA of load current with a typical quiescent current consumption of only 10µA typical at no load. When switched off, the device draws only 2µA typical. The input transient tolerance is +42V, allowing operation under sudden load drop conditions. The device can be configured with a fixed output voltage (+3.3V or +5V) or an adjustable output voltage.
