The DRV8213RTER is an integrated motor driver with n-channel H-bridge, charge pump, current detection output, current regulation and protection circuits. The triple charge pump allows the device to operate at voltages as low as 1.65V to accommodate a 1.8V power rail and low battery power. The charge pump integrates all capacitors and allows 100% duty cycle operation.
