The DRV8316CTQRGFRQ1 integrates three H-bridges with an absolute maximum voltage of 40V and an ultra-low RDS(ON) of 95mΩ (high side + low side) to provide high power drive capability for 12V automotive grade brushless DC motors. The DRV8316C-Q1 provides integrated current detection, eliminating the need for external detection resistors. The DRV8316C-Q1 integrates a power management circuit, including a voltage adjustable step-down regulator (3.3V/ 5V, 200mA) and an LDO (3.3V/30mA) that can be used to power external circuits.
