The TPSM5601R5HRDAR Power module is a highly integrated 1.5A power supply solution that integrates a 60V input step-down DC/DC converter with power MOSFETs, a shielded inductor, and multiple passive devices in a thermally-enhanced QFN package. This 5mm x 5.5mm x 4mm, 15-pin QFN package features enhanced HotRod QFN technology for enhanced thermal performance, small size and low EMI. All pins of the package are distributed around the perimeter with a single large cooling pad for simple layout and easy handling during manufacturing.
