The TPSM265R1V5SILR is a compact, easy-to-use module that operates with a wide input voltage range, with a maximum continuous input voltage up to 65V. The module is fully integrated with a controller, MOSFETs, and an output inductor. The module is designed to quickly and easily implement power supply designs in small PCB packages. The TPSM265R1 operates in pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode, which improves efficiency under light load conditions. Its control scheme requires no loop compensation and provides excellent line and load transient response.
