The TPSM365R6V5RDNR is a 600mA, 65V input synchronous step-down DC/DC power module that integrates power MOSFETs, integrated inductors and starting capacitors in a compact and easy-to-use 3.5mm x 4.5mm x 2mm 11-pin QFN package. Small HotRod™ QFN package technology improves thermal performance and reduces EMI. The device has an ultra-low operating IQ of 4µA (24V to 3.3V V OUT) when unloaded.
