MPQ2451DJ-AEC1-LF is a high frequency buck switching regulator with integrated high voltage uptube power MOSFET. The current control mode provides efficient output up to 0.6A for fast loop response. The wide input voltage range from 3.3V to 36V is suitable for a variety of automotive buck applications, while the 3μA off mode static current also makes it suitable for battery-powered applications.
