The DRV8145PQPWPRQ1 is a fully integrated half-bridge driver for a wide range of applications. Designed using BiCMOS high power process technology node. The power-packaged monolithic device family provides excellent power handling and heat dissipation while offering compact package size, easy layout, EMI control, accurate current sensing, ruggedness, and diagnostic capabilities. Devices are pin-for-pin identical with scalable RON (current capability) to support different loads.
