The L6201PSTR is a full-bridge driver for motor control applications that uses Multipower-BCD technology to combine isolated DMOS power transistors, CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. By using hybrid technology, the logic circuits and power stages can be optimised for best performance, and the DMOS output transistors can operate at supply voltages up to 42V and operate efficiently at high switching speeds. All logic inputs are TTL, CMOS, and µC compatible. each channel (half-bridge) of the device is controlled by a separate logic input, while both channels are controlled by a common enable. i.c. is mounted in three different packages.
