The DRV8935PPWPR provides four half-bridge drivers for industrial applications. The device can be used to drive up to four solenoid loads, two DC motors, a stepper motor or other loads. The output stage of each channel consists of N-channel power MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration. A simple PWM interface allows easy connection to the controller. Powered from a single supply, it supports a wide 4.5 V to 5 V input supply range. Delivers up to 2.5 A peak or 1.75 A output current per channel, depending on PCB design. Low-power sleep mode is provided for low quiescent current consumption by shutting down the circuitry.
