The DRV8962DDWR is a wide-voltage, high-power, quad half-bridge driver for a variety of industrial applications. Supporting supply voltages up to 65 V, the integrated MOSFETs (with 50 mΩ on-resistance) enable currents up to 5-A current per output; in the DDV package, output currents up to 10-A per circuit, and can be used to drive up to four solenoid valves or valves, one stepper motor, two brushed-DC motors, one brushless-DC motor, or PMSM motors, and up to two thermoelectric coolers ("PMSMs"). PMSM). The output stage of the device consists of N-channel power MOSFETs. The power MOSFETs are configured as four independent half-bridges, charge pump regulators, current sense and regulation circuits, current sense outputs, and protection circuits.
