The BQ7694203PFBR is a highly integrated, high-precision battery monitor and protector for 3 to 10 series lithium-ion, lithium polymer and lithium iron phosphate ‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ battery packs. The device includes a high-precision monitoring system and a highly configurable protection subsystem, and supports autonomous or host-controlled battery balancing. It integrates a high-side charge pump NFET driver, a dual-way programmable LDO for external systems, and a host communication peripheral that supports 400kHz I2C, SPI, and HDQ single-wire standards. The BQ76942 comes in a 48-pin TQFP package.
