The QPL9504TR7 is a flat gain, high linearity, ultra-low noise amplifier in a small 2 x 2 mm surface mount package. The amplifier has a noise figure of 0.7 dB at 5.5 GHz, a gain of 21.5 dB, an OIP3 of +34 dBm, and a bias current of 55 mA, and the LNA can be biased by a single positive supply from 3.3 to 5 volts. The device is available in an industry-standard 2x2 mm DFN green/RoHS package.

The QPL9504TR7 has adjustable bias and requires very few external components to operate. The device also has integrated power-down control for TDD applications.
