The ADUM7240ARZ is a dual channel digital isolator based on Analogue Devices' iCoupler® technology. These isolators combine high-speed CMOS and monolithic air-core transformer technology to deliver superior performance characteristics over alternative devices such as optocouplers. The dual 1 kV digital isolators are available in a narrow 8-lead SOIC package. They are a cost-effective alternative to 2.5 kV or 5 kV isolators.
