The CMD274P4 is a broadband GaAs MMIC low phase noise amplifier in a leadless surface mount package ideally suited for military, aerospace, and communications systems. 17 dB gain at 10 GHz, +22 dBm saturated output power, and 3.2 dB noise figure. In addition, the amplifier provides -165 dBc/Hz low phase noise performance at 10 kHz offset when the input signal is 10 GHz. The CMD274P4 features a 50-ohm matched design that eliminates the need for an external DC block and RF port matching.
