The CMD264P3 is a wideband MMIC low noise amplifier in a leadless 3x3 mm plastic surface mount package.The CMD264P3 is ideally suited for EW and communication systems requiring small size and low power consumption. The wideband device has a gain of over 25 dB, corresponding to an output 1 dB compression point of +11 dBm and a noise figure of 1.7 dB. The CMD264P3 is a 50-ohm matched design, eliminating the need for an external DC block and RF port matching.
