The CMD245C4 is a broadband (C, X, Ku, K-band) GaAs MMIC low phase noise RF/microwave amplifier (LPNA) in a leadless surface mount (SMT) package ideally suited for military, aerospace, and communications systems.The device features 18 dB of gain at 10 GHz, saturated output power of +21 dBm, and a noise figure of 4.5 dB.Additionally, the device offers low phase noise performance down to -165 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset at 10 GHz input signal. In addition, the amplifier has phase noise performance as low as -165 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset with a 10 GHz input signal. The 50-ohm matched design of the CMD245C4 MMIC eliminates the need for RF port matching.
