The QPA2628 is a packaged, high-performance, low-noise amplifier manufactured on Qorvo's 90 nm pHEMT (QPHT09) process. With a frequency range of 22 - 31.5 GHz, the device provides 23 dB of small-signal gain and 19 dBm of P1dB, while supporting a noise figure of 1.6 dB and an IM3 level of -54 dBc (at Pout=0 dBm/tone).

The QPA2628 is available in a small 4 mm x 4 mm plastic overmoulded QFN package, with both I/O ports matched to 50 ohms and integrated DC blocking caps for easy operation and simple system integration.

The QPA2628's superior performance and ease of operation make it ideal for satellite and point-to-point communication systems.
