The ADUM1241ARSZ Dual Channel Digital Isolators are micro-power digital isolators based on Adeno Semiconductor's iCoupler® technology. These isolators combine high-speed CMOS with single-chip air core transformer technology to deliver superior performance characteristics over alternative devices such as optically coupled devices, while requiring less power than any existing isolation product. The family of dual-channel, 3.75kVrms digital isolators operate from supply voltages as low as 2.25V, consume a minimum typical current of less than 6A per channel at data rates of less than 20kbps, and consume a fraction of the power of comparable isolators at comparable data rates (up to 2Mbps).
