The ADUM140E1BRZ is a four-channel digital isolator incorporating iCoupler® technology. Combined with monolithic air-core transformer technology, these isolation elements have excellent performance characteristics that outperform optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. Maximum propagation delay is 13 ns and pulse width distortion is less than 3 ns at an operating voltage of 5 V. Channels are tightly matched with a maximum matching time of 3.0 ns.
