The ADUM120N0BRZ is a dual-channel digital isolator using ADI's iCoupler® technology. These isolators combine high-speed, complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) and single-chip air-core transformer technology with outstanding performance characteristics over alternative devices such as optically coupled devices and other integrated couplers. These devices have a maximum propagation delay of 13 ns and pulse width distortion of less than 3 ns at 5 V. They have tight channel matching of 3.0 ns (maximum).
