The HMC435AMS8GETR is a non-reflective DC-4 GHz GaAs MESFET SPDT switch in a low-cost 8-pin MSOP8G surface mount package with a bare ground pad. Ideal for cellular /3G and WiMAX/4G applications, the switch achieves isolation of up to 60 dB, low insertion loss of 0.8 dB, and input IP3 of +50 dBm. In the 3.8 GHz WiMAX band, the switch has a high power handling capacity and provides a P1dB compression performance of +30 dBm.
