The SKY66051-11 is a wide instantaneous bandwidth, fully I/O matched drive amplifier with high gain and linearity. By using external components, the gain can be adjusted in the range of 30dB to 36dB. The compact 3×3 mm PA is designed for 4G LTE and 5G NR TDD systems operating at 2300 to 2700 MHz. Integrated active bias circuit to compensate PA performance for temperature, voltage and process changes.
