The MAX96714FGTJ/VY unstringer converts the GMSL™ 2/1 input to the MIPI CSI-2 output. The device allows two-way control channel transmission while forward video transmission is performed. The MAX96714F has a forward fixed operating rate of 3Gbps or 6Gbps, and a reverse fixed operating rate of 187.5Mbps. Data can be transmitted via a low-cost 50Ω coaxial cable or 100Ω STP cable that complies with the GMSL2 channel specification.
