The MAX14813EWX is an extremely high density, high voltage ultrasound transmitter (pulse generator) in a wafer level package (WLP). The device is designed for ultrasound imaging applications where PCB space is tight. The device features eight 3-level channels and operates from two pairs of independent HV power supplies. Each channel can send up to 170 VP-P and up to 2.1 A. The current is programmable down to 0.35 A, with four programmable steps. The device also features an integrated 1A active clamp (zeroing).
