The AD694BRZ is a single-chip current transmitter that accepts a high level signal input to drive a standard 4-20 mA current loop to control valves, actuators and other devices commonly used in process control. The AD694BRZ can be selected in a pre-calibrated 0 V to 2 V or 0 V to 10 V input range via a simple pin binding and is suitable for a variety of industrial applications ‌.

The AD694BRZ comes in a 16-pin plastic-sealed SOIC package with a temperature rating ranging from -40°C to +85°C.
