The ADUM321N1WBRZ is a dual channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. These isolation elements combine high-speed, complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air-core transformer technology with excellent performance characteristics and comply with CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B 5 Mbps limits. Maximum propagation delay is 10 ns and pulse-width distortion is less than 3 ns at an operating voltage of 5 V. Channel matching is 3.0 ns maximum.
