The TPS38B4848EEDSKRQ1 is a 65V input voltage detector with 1 µA I DD, 1% accuracy, and a fast 10µs detection time. The device can be directly connected to a 12V/24V automotive battery system for continuous monitoring of over-voltage (OV) or under-voltage (UV) conditions, and has a very small overall solution size due to the use of an internal resistor divider. Cold starts, start-stops, and various automotive battery voltage transients can be ignored due to the wide range of hysteresis voltage options available, and the built-in hysteresis feature on the SENSE pin helps prevent false reset signals when monitoring the supply voltage rail.
