Product Description

The TPS37044A4OGDDFRQ1 is a low-power precision window voltage monitor that can be configured with four channels. Threshold accuracy is ±1% for each channel. Available in a compact SOT-23 package for a small footprint solution, the TPS37044A4OGDDFRQ1 supports accurate threshold detection with high resolution, making it ideal for systems with low-voltage supply rails and very small supply tolerance margins. The built-in low threshold hysteresis and fixed reset delay (tD selectable from 20µs to 1200ms) prevent spurious reset signals when monitoring multiple voltage rails.
