The ADG1204YCPZ is a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) analogue multiplexer with four built-in single channels designed using the iCMOS (industrial CMOS) process. iCMOS® is a modular manufacturing process that combines high-voltage CMOS with bipolar technology. Using this process, it is possible to develop a wide range of high-performance analogue ICs that operate at voltages up to 33 V and achieve dimensions that were not possible with conventional high-voltage devices. Unlike analogue ICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS devices can withstand high supply voltages while improving performance, significantly reducing power consumption, and reducing package size.
