The MAX4715EXK are low on-resistance, low-voltage, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analogue switches powered from a single +1.6 V to +3.6 V supply.The MAX4715EXK are normally open (NO) style. These devices also have fast switching speeds (tON = 18ns (max), tOFF = 12ns (max)).

The MAX4715EXK has a maximum on-resistance (RON) of 0.4 Ω and a maximum RON flatness of 0.1 Ω when powered from a +3 V supply. Its digital logic inputs are compatible with +1.8 V CMOS when powered from a single +3 V supply.
