The VNH5019ATR-E is a full-bridge motor driver for a wide range of automotive applications. The device integrates a dual monolithic high-side driver and two low-side switches. The high-side driver switches are designed using ST's well-known and proven patented VIPower® M0 technology, which enables the efficient integration of true power MOSFETs and intelligent signalling/protection circuits on the same chip.
