The AD5666BRUZ-1 is a low-power, quad-channel, 16-bit buffered voltage output DAC designed for monotonicity from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. It is designed to be monotonic with a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. It has an internal on-chip reference with a gain of 2. The 1.25 V 5 ppm/°C reference has a full-scale output of 2.5 V. The on-board reference turns off at power-up, allowing the use of an external reference. The internal reference can be turned on by writing to the DAC.
