Mini-Circuits' CY3-223+ is an ultra-wideband MMIC frequency triplexer that converts an input frequency of 3.33 to 7.33 GHz to an output frequency of 10 to 22 GHz. Its wide output range makes this model suitable for wideband systems as well as a variety of narrowband applications. Featuring GaAs HBT technology in a miniature 4x4mm 24L MCLP package, the multiplier offers excellent repeatability, low inductance, and good thermal efficiency.
