The SKY66319-11 high-efficiency power amplifier features a fully input/output matched power amplifier (PA) with wide instantaneous bandwidth, high gain, and high linearity.The SKY66319-11 high-efficiency power amplifier is designed for use in 5G and TDD 4G LTE systems operating from 4400MHz to 5000MHz. Integrated active bias circuitry compensates for power amplifier performance over temperature, voltage and process variations.

The SKY66319-11 high-efficiency power amplifier is available in a compact 16-pin 5.0mm x 5.0mm package. The device is part of a family of high-efficiency pin-compatible power amplifiers that support major 3GPP frequency bands.
