The LTC6810HG-2 is a multi-cell battery pack monitor. The device can measure up to 6 cells in series with a total measurement error of less than 1.8 mV. The cell measurement range of 0V to 5V makes the device suitable for most battery chemistries. All six cells can be measured in 290µs, or a lower data acquisition rate can be selected to reduce high noise levels. Multiple devices can be connected in series to allow simultaneous battery monitoring of long, high voltage battery strings. Each device has an isoSPI interface for high-speed, RF-resistant, long-range communications.
