The MAX17263LETD is an ultra-low power fuel gauge IC that implements the Maxim ModelGauge™ m5 algorithm. The IC monitors a single battery pack or multiple battery packs through an external resistor divider. The IC drives 3 to 12 auto-counting LEDs to indicate battery state-of-charge at the push of a button.The ModelGauge m5 EZ algorithm eliminates battery characterisation requirements and simplifies host software interaction, making fuel gauge implementation easy.
