Each channel of the AD7768-1BCPZ 8-channel/4-channel, 24-bit, sigma-delta ADC includes a sigma-delta modulator and digital filter to provide simultaneous sampling of AC and DC signals. Each channel achieves an output data rate of up to 256kSPS, 108dB dynamic range, and an input bandwidth of 110.8kHz. Typical performance ratings include ±2ppm integral nonlinearity (INL), ±50µV bias error, ±30ppm gain error, and -120dB total harmonic distortion (THD).
