The AD5621AKSZ-500RL7, part of the nanoDAC® family, is an 8-/10-/12-bit, single-channel, buffered-voltage output DAC that operates from 2.7 V to 5.5 V and typically consumes 75 µA at 5 V. The devices are available in miniature LFCSP and SC70 packages. Their on-chip precision output amplifiers enable rail-to-rail output swing. Featuring a versatile 3-wire serial interface operating up to 30 MHz with high reliability, and a versatile 3-wire serial interface operating at up to 30 MHz clock frequency, the devices are compatible with SPI, QSPI™, and MICROWIRE™ and DSP interface standards.
