The LTC3130IUDC is a high efficiency, low noise 600mA buck-boost converter, 600mA buck-boost converter with wide VIN and VOUT ranges. High efficiency operation at light loads and selectable BurstMode operation reduce quiescent current to only 1.6µA, and the converter starts up as low as 7.5µW. The ultra-low noise, 1.2MHz PWM architecture allows the use of tiny, flat inductors and ceramic capacitors. Built-in loop compensation and soft start reduce external parts count and simplify design. Features include precise RUN comparator thresholds for predictable start-up regulation and maximum power point control (MPPC) functionality.
