The ADP5301ACBZ-2 is a high-efficiency, ultra-low static current step-down regulator designed to regulate the static current of zero load output to only 180 nA. The input starting voltage range of the device is 2.15V to 6.5V, so multiple alkaline or NiMH, lithium-ion batteries or other power supplies can be used. The user can select the output voltage from 0.8V to 5.0V via an external VID resistor and factory fuse.
