The LT8608BIDC is a compact, high efficiency, high speed synchronous single-chip step-down switching regulator with transient current power consumption of only 1.7µA.The LT8608BIDC can deliver 1.5A continuous current. The low ripple burst mode of operation maintains high efficiency at very low output currents while keeping output ripple below 10mV. Internal compensation using a peak current mode topology allows the use of a small inductor, resulting in fast transient response and good loop stability. the EN/UV pin has a precise 1V threshold that can be used to set VIN undervoltage blocking or shutdown of the LT8608. the LT8608 can also be used as an undervoltage regulator when VOUT is within ±8.5% of the programmed output voltage range and when fault conditions occur. programmed output voltage range and fault conditions are signaled by the PG flag.
