The PSMNR90-50SLHAX 50V MOSFET offers 410A continuous current in an LFPAK88 package. This device uses Nexperia's unique "SchottkyPlus" technology to provide the high efficiency and low spike performance typically associated with MOSFETs equipped with integrated Schottky or Schottky-like diodes, but without the high leakage current that can cause problems.
