The BQ298215 series devices feature an integrated charge pump FET driver to provide high-side primary battery protection for 1-cell Li-ion and Li-polymer batteries, achieving Rdson consistency across all battery voltages. For better system thermal performance, the BQ298215 devices have high accuracy and can use sense resistors down to 1mΩ.
